About Susan Armstrong

My husband and I have been visiting the Caribbean for over 25 years. We discovered St. Croix on a trip in 1990 and fell in love. We have owned a home on this island since 2007 and plan as many trips as possible from our home outside Boston. We plan to eventually retire to St. Croix, but in the mean time choose to share our home with family, friends and guests who will care for and enjoy our home.

Susan Armstrong purchased this Villa in 2015

Why Susan Armstrong chose Estate Shoys
We always wanted a home in the gated community of Shoys. Our second pre-requisite was to have views of the Caribbean. When we stepped into the villa we knew it was THE ONE! We named her Serendipity because we felt it was our good fortune to find her. The furnishings are elegant and the decor is exquisite. I plan on picking up music again on the beautiful grand piano. We know that this is the home of our dreams.

What makes Villa Serendipity Special
Love to entertain? Our villa has a great outdoor lanai, pool with table and chairs, outdoor kitchen, and ample lounge chairs so you can relax in the sun or shade. Play the piano? Play your favorite songs on our grand piano in the great room. Want to relax? Grab your favorite book and lounge by the pool sipping a lemonade (or beverage of your choice) and experience the soft breezes, warm sunshine and spectacular views. Love the Beach? Shoys beach is less than 1/2 mile from our home. Grab a chair and your towel and head down for a swim and some sun. Like to work out? Walk or run the hills and valleys in the gated Shoys neighborhood or walk over to the Buccaneer Hotel to enjoy their walking/running trail through the golf course and along the water.
